The Convergent Performance Patient Safety Initiative is designed to establish an organization wide safety culture or strengthen your existing safety culture through a variety of offerings that include assessment, team training, reporting products, and checklist training.

Although our patient safety initiative traces its roots to the aviation industry, all elements in our program have been customized, rigorously tested and applied by working healthcare professionals. Just as our training and consulting services have been empirically proven to significantly reduce error in the aviation industry, they have also proven to significantly reduce human errors that cause harm to patients in a healthcare setting. This reduction in sentinel events has, in turn, reduced costs and malpractice suits.
