Our Blue Threat Quality Certification programs bring the GWOE error control toolkit into play as a force multiplier for existing quality programs such as Six Sigma. LEAN, Kaizen, Balanced Scorecard, traditional Safety Management Systems and Baldridge.  Existing quality and continuous improvement programs traditionally target process defects, waste, risk factors and hazards. Yet each stop short of assessing and empowering personal error control, the one place where the rubber truly meets the road. The Blue Threat Certification program closes this gap by providing training and tools for quality and continuous improvement professionals.

In America alone, tens of thousands die unnecessarily each year as a direct result of human error. Globally, this number is exponentially higher. Hundreds of millions - if not billions - of dollars are lost in liability, degraded quality or lost productivity. Blue Threat programs are designed to work seamlessly inside traditional programs or as a part of an organizational change effort.  Two day Blue Threat Certification qualification seminars are delivered on site for key personnel who already have a background in quality and/or continuous improvement such as Six Sigma Green and Black Belts.  Individuals new to quality positions require a third day of basic quality control familiarization.

Once certified, Blue Threat qualified personnel are authorized to access and utilize Global War on Error tools in support of their organizational improvement efforts.
