At Convergent Performance, we are fortunate to work for one of the world's best companies. We also are acutely aware that we are citizens in a far less fortunate world. Part of our corporate and personal mission is to respond to the needs of the global community in ways that make sense. Current examples include:
- Distribution of training and education programs at low/no cost to selected humanitarian and faith based organizations
- Development of rigorous and environmentally friendly e-learning programs that saves on travel and use of natural resources
- Active participation in the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children "Poster Partner" program
- Personal and corporate contributions to communities, public and private charities

Our largest contribution to the world at large is to attack the waste of human potential caused by avoidable human error. Convergent Performance recently donated enrollments in the Pilot Reliability Certification program to Cloud Nine Rescue Flights.
“Cloud Nine Rescue Flights aims to eliminate the euthanasia of pets in the United States and provide aid to animals worldwide. We do this by providing safe, fast, and cost-effective air transports of rescue pets, providing animal welfare-related transports to people who provide aid to animals in underserved areas”
