Our incredible natural resources are protected by a variety of professionals and everyday citizens – wildlife biologists, hydrologists, geologists, park rangers, recreation staff, wildland firefighters, and volunteers at thousands of our National and State Parks, monuments, wildlife refuges, and recreation areas across the country.

All of these individuals share a common commitment to protecting America’s treasures and the people who work in and visit them. They also share a high-risk environment in which success or failure, near-miss or mishap, often turns on a single decision by a lone individual.

Convergent offers a variety of programs to improve performance and reduce the frequency and severity of human error accidents.  Additionally, we offer an assortment of safety training products and programs in support of those who protect our valuable resources.  In contrast to the prevailing approach to safety training, we focus on teaching individuals the self-awareness and self-management skills they need to think on their feet in a dynamic environment to recognize when they and their coworkers are most at risk – and making mindful decisions and actions to safely and efficiently carry on their vital mission.
