This 1 ½ day workshop explores an individual's responsibility to assess personal error control, this program provides mastery level learning in personal error causes, countermeasures, and controls and empowers personnel with vital tools and information to reach new levels of individual, team, and organizational performance and profitability. This certification course is a natural extension of QC processes such as Six Sigma and LEAN by adding the dimension of an individual's responsibility to assess personal error control.  Workshop is designed for up to 24 participants.

Blue Threat Quality Certification – Advanced
This 1 ½ day follow on workshop expands the concepts, tools, and techniques learned in the basic certification course and applies them to the organization's existing organizational environments and program settings by concentrating on group dynamics, precision communication, resource and risk management, and systems integration error control. From Error Management to Error Control - A personal accountability workshop with follow on Blue Threat training
This program begins with a one day workshop that provides the background and tools for you to significantly reduce costly errors by targeting the most important aspects of the human performance equation - compliance and accountability. It introduces the concept of Empowered Accountability and teaches each individual how to track and monitor their own error producing conditions through the use of our proprietary BRAT tool. Each participant will receive a copy of Dr. Tony Kern’s book, Blue Threat, Why to Err is Inhuman and the Blue Threat Field Book, which will provide them with the tools for follow on self evaluation and improvement. Workshop is designed for up to 20 participants.

Beyond Crew Resource Management (CRM) Workshop
This 1 ½ day workshop that touches on traditional CRM training but also tackles the hard cases of pilots with hazardous attitudes and domineering personalities and how to deal with them, this program focuses on “empowered accountability” as a performance enhancer. Workshop is designed for 24 participants.

Maintenance Resource Management (MRM) Workshop
A 1 ½ day comprehensive maintenance human factors curriculum designed to provide maintenance and logistics professionals with a world class understanding of human error causes and countermeasures. Gotten a little rusty on your instrument procedures and terminal approach procedures knowledge? It has been noted that modern technology has eroded pilots’ basic understanding of instrument procedures and terminal approach criteria. Pilot and Maintenance Reliability eLearning Package
This program offers up to 10 pilots and 6 maintenance personnel Convergent Performance’s proprietary eLearning courses, Pilot Reliability Certification (PRC) and Maintenance Reliability Certification (MRC). The courses (approximately 10 hours each) are designed to be completed by the individual and designed to give the same quality training in professional discipline and error management as our facilitated courses.
